I have trained with many great athletes and martial artists over the years. My goal for all my students is to find the perfect balance between fitness, technique, and purpose while training in the martial arts.

The Program​

 

Sebek's Martial Athletic Club uses any movement and technique that the human body can execute safely and effortlessly.

​

These movements and techniques come from a myriad of martial arts such as boxing, karate, kickboxing, kung-fu, muay thai, and taekwondo.

​

With these styles, we also incorporate modern and scientific fitness training to make sure the movements executed in class are anatomically possible, which maximizes results and minimizes injuries.
